THE DEPOSIT
Policy

  • At United Tattoo, we understand that life is unpredictable, and circumstances may necessitate changes. This policy was created to foster fairness and understanding among all parties involved. Our artists dedicate considerable time in the studio, prioritizing their craft above all else. The United Tattoo Deposit Policy is designed to honor their commitment and respect your time as our valued client. By adhering to this policy we ensure that scheduled appointments are upheld with care and consideration. (effective March 22, 2024)

    NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: All deposits made to secure appointments are non-refundable. We value your understanding as it allows us to allocate artistic resources and time appropriately.

    DEPOSIT TRANSFERABILITY: While deposits are non-refundable, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, we offer the flexibility to transfer your deposit to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is provided.

     

    NOTIFICATION OF RESCHEDULING: We recognize that the unexpected can happen. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us via email or phone call within 24 hours before the scheduled time. This allows us to secure your deposit and make necessary arrangements for rescheduling.

     

    DEPOSIT APPLICATION TO RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS: Deposits transferred to rescheduled appointments will be credited towards the final cost of the tattoo service.

     

    RESCHEDULING FEE: A rescheduling fee of up to 25% of your deposit may apply. This fee helps cover administrative costs associated with rescheduling and ensures that our artists' time is respected.

     

    By adhering to these deposit policies, we aim to provide a consistent and respectful experience for our clients and our talented tattoo artists at United Tattoo.   • N0-CALL & NO-SHOW POLICY: In the event of a no-call and no-show appointment, the client will forfeit 100% of the deposit. This policy ensures fairness to our artists and clients and helps us maintain an efficient schedule.
